Hallmarked in Sheffield, 1856 by Hawksworth Eyres & Co, this lovely Victorian Antique, Sterling Silver Tankard has beautiful floral, leaf and feather chased work around the baluster body, with applied leaf detail on the scroll handle. The tankard has a hinged lid, with a fully gilt interior and stands on a pedestal base. It measures 11"(28cm) to the finial top, 8"(20cm) handle to lip and a diameter of 5"(12.5cm) at its widest. This piece weighs 37 troy ounces.

The epergne measures 26.75 inches (68cm) tall, by 15 inches (38cm) in spread. The epergne without the glass dish weighs 109.8 troy ounces.
