Hallmarked in London in 1886 by Charles Stuart Harris, this attractive, Victorian, Antique Sterling Silver Goblet, features attractive bright cut engraved decoration to the body and foot, a bead border and gilt interior. The goblet is engraved to one side with a crest, and to the other with a presentation inscription which reads 'Holbeach - Xmas Fat Stock Show - Dec. 13th 1888 - Class 1 - Presented by the Licensed Victuallers - To W. C. Worth Esq. - For the best 4 Fat Steers.' The goblet measures 8.5"(21.5cm) tall, by 3.75"(9.5cm) in diameter, and weighs 10.29 troy ounces.
