Hallmarked In 1910
Hallmarked in Birmingham in 1910 by William Hutton & Sons, this Antique, Edwardian, Sterling Silver Claret Jug is very unusually shaped as a "chota peg". It will however take a full bottle of wine (or whisky). The claret jug is 8 inches (20cm) tall, has a diameter of 5.5 inches (14cm) and is in excellent condition.

Hallmarked in Sheffield, 1907 by Mappin & Webb, this striking Edwardian Antique, Sterling Silver Claret Jug has fine cut glass with a geometric design and an unusual star shaped base. The body has a bell shape and the silver mount has some decorative Art Nouveau design. This claret jug is 10"(25.5cm) high, has a base diameter of 6"(15cm) and measures 6"(15cm) handle to spout.
