The teapot and coffee pot are of a drum form with wooden handles and finials to the lid. The set is decorated with fine engraved borders of classical motifs and a vacant cartouche to the centre of each piece. The sugar bowl has a swing handle, and the cream jug is of a helmet shape. The set has a combined weight of 55 troy ounces.
