Hallmarked in London, 1901 by Ernest Damant, this wonderful, late Victorian, antique Sterling Silver ink stand, is very attractively piereced, and features shaped borders, cast and applied pierced feet, and two cut glass ink pots with silver mounts. The ink stand measures 7.25 inches (18.5cm) wide, by 3.5 inches (9cm) deep, by 2.75 inches (7cm) tall.

Hallmarked in London, 1885 by Frederick Elkington, this delightful, Victorian, antique Sterling Silver ink stand, is in the aesthetic style, featuring engraved birds and floral detailing, naturalistic style handles and feet, and beautiful cut crystal ink pots. The ink stand measures 4.25 inches (11cm) tall, by 11.5 inches (29cm) from handle to handle, by 7 inches (18cm) deep, and weighs 14.1 troy ounces.

Hallmarked in London in 1874 by Daniel & Charles Houle, this very unusual, Victorian, Antique, Sterling Silver Ink Stand has a shaped wooden base with applied silver leaf decoration and vacant cartouche, an apple and a pear shaped ink well, and a central pen holder resembling acanthus leaves. The inkstand measures 6.75"(17cm) wide, by 4"(10cm) deep, by 4"(10cm) tall.

Hallmarked In 1845
Hallmarked in London, 1845 by Samuel Smily, this pretty, Victorian Antique, Sterling Silver Ink Stand has pierced work throughout. There is beading around the frame and the cut glass bottles. The frame base and bottle lids also have floral engraving and there is a wing and wreath crest on one of the cartouches. The frame stands on claw feet and measures 8.5"(21.5cm) by 5"(12.5cm) with a height of 2"(5cm). Each bottle is 2"(5cm) square and 2.75"(7cm) high. The silver weight is 18.6 troy ounces.

Hallmarked in London, 1900 by William Hutton, this attractive, late Victorian, antique silver inkstand features two ink wells, both with cut glass bodies and silver mounts and lids, a silver stand featuring a gallery border and standing on four cast and applied feet, and gadroon borders throughout. The inkstand measures 4 inches (10cm) tall, by 13.5 inches (34.5cm) wide, by 8.25 inches (21cm) deep.

Hallmarked In 1865
Hallmarked in Exeter in 1865 by James & Josiah Williams, this unique Antique, Victorian, Sterling Silver Ink Stand features a textured rocky base with a realistically cast palm tree, and a lady standing in the shade of the fronds. A large flower covers a small compartment for stamps or wax and a round, straight sided pot contains a glass ink well. The ink stand measures 10.75"(27.5cm) wide, by 6.5"(16.5cm) deep, by 10.5"(27cm) tall and weighs 34.5 troy ounces. The inkstand carries an intriguing inscription to the back which reads "Presented to John D. Cleaton Esquire - by the Officers, Attendants and Servants of the West Riding Asylum, Wakefield - on his retirement from the Medical Superintendence of that Institution and appointment as a Commissioner in Lunacy, in recognition of his public and private worth - 25 July 1866".
