Hallmarked In 1857

Hallmarked in London, 1857 by Charles & George Fox, this highly unusual Victorian Antique, Sterling Silver Teapot is reminiscent of Aladdin's lamp. It has an applied acanthus spout, and features wonderfully modelled snakes leading from the handle to the body. The teapot measures 4"(9cm) tall, by 8"(20cm) from handle to spout, by 4"(10cm) in diameter and weighs 10.9 troy ounces.
