The tray measures 3"(7.5cm) tall, by 25.75"(65.5cm) from handle to handle, by 16.5" (42cm) deep and weighs 97.1 troy ounces.

Hallmarked in London in 1784 by Hannam & Crouch, this stunning, George III, Antique Sterling Silver Salver, is oval in shape, and features a bead border, brightcut engraved decoration throughout, an engraved presentation inscription on the reverse, and an engraved coat of arms and motto on the front. The salver measures 23"(59cm) wide, by 17"(44cm) deep and weighs a substantial 110 troy ounces. The coat of arms is that of The Hague Family, with the Motto Diluculo Surgere (Early to Rise). The presentation inscription on the reverse reads "The Gift of Joseph Hague Esq. To his Great Niece Mary Doxon".

Hallmarked in London in 1790 by Crouch & Hannam, this impressive set of three, George III, Antique Sterling Silver Trays, stand on bead bordered feet, and feature reed borders, bright cut engraved decoration, and an engraved coat of arms to each. The larger tray measures 22"(56cm) wide, by 14.5"(37.5cm) deep, and the smaller trays measure 17"(43cm) wide, by 10.75"(27cm) deep. The suite together weighs 144.6 troy ounces.
