The piece stands on a chased, decorative, acanthus detailed pedestal base and there is a blue glass liner. It stands 5.5"(13.5cm) to the top of the bowl and 9"(23cm) to the finial top. The frame base and bottle lids also have floral engraving and there is a wing and wreath crest on one of the cartouches.
