Hallmarked In 1997
Hallmarked in London in 1997 by Garrard & Co., this fun and unusual Sterling Silver Presentation Plate is decorated around the border with six cast silver hands, depicting signals as used by traders in The Stock Exchange. There are two reed bands around the rim of the plate which is presented in its original Garrard box. It measures 18"(46cm) in diameter and weighs a heavy feeling 86 troy ounces. It would of course make an excellent presentation piece for The City but would also be a fun and unusual interiors piece for the centre of a table or mounted on a wall.
