The flatware has highly decorative handles with shell topped cherubic masks. The knife and fork have twisted shafts. The spoon and fork are 6"(15cm) long and the knife is 8"(20cm) long. The childs set is presented in its original box, which measures 10 inches (25.5cm) wide, by 8.25 inches (21cm) deep, the plate measures 6.5 inches (16.5cm) in diameter, the knife measures 7.5 inches (19cm) in length, the fork measures 6.25 inches (16cm) in length, and the spoon measures 6 inches (15.5cm) in length.

Hallmarked in London in 1879 by John Brashier, this Antique, Victorian, Sterling Silver Childs Set is in exceptional condition. The beaker is hallmarked in London in 1879 by John Brashier and the three piece cutlery set matches exactly and was hallmarked in Sheffield in 1876 by Henry Wilkinson. The beaker is 3 inches (7.5cm) high the knife is 7.5 inches (19cm) long and the other pieces are in proportion. The set looks as though it has never been out of the box it came in and the condition of the box itself is exceptional. Without the knife which has a loaded handle the beaker, spoon and fork weigh 4.3 troy oz (115gm).
