Hallmarked In 1846
Hallmarked in London, 1846/1847 by William Hunter, this striking, Victorian, Antique, Sterling Silver Three piece Tea Set, comprises of a teapot, cream jug and sugar bowl, all featuring chased floral decoration throughout, and standing on acanthus detailed feet. The teapot measures 6.75 inches (17cm) tall, by 11 inches (28cm) from handle to spout, the cream jug measures 6.75 inches (17cm) tall, by 5.5 inches (14cm) from handle to lip, and the sugar bowl measures 5.25 inches (13.5cm) tall, by 8.5 inches (21.5cm) from handle to handle. The three pieces together weigh 50.5 troy ounces.
