Hallmarked In 1904
Carrying import marks for London, 1904 by Samuel Boyce Landeck, this stunning Edwardian, Antique, Sterling Silver Jardiniere, has beautifully detailed pierced decoration depicting cherubs, scrolls, flowers and leaves. Standing on hoof feet, with the column legs terminating in ram's heads, the jardiniere has a blue glass liner, and measures 5"(12.5cm) tall, by 13.5'(34cm) wide, by 9"(23cm) deep. The silver weight, unlined, is 37.9 troy ounces.
