L2729: Sterling Silver Modernist Basting Spoon

Hallmarked In 2000

Hallmarked in London in 2000 by Ramsden & Roed, this quite striking, large, Sterling Silver Basting Spoon, features a hammer finish to the bowl, a twisted handle and a globe finial. The basting spoon measures 14.5"(37cm) in length by 3.5"(9cm) wide across the bowl, and weighs 9.7 troy ounces.

L3219: Gold 'Samorodok' Napkin Rings

Hallmarked In 1970

Made in London in 1970 by Ramsden & Roed, and retailed by Alfred Dunhill Ltd., this very stylish, boxed pair of 9ct Gold Napkin Rings, are made using a Samorodok technique which results in a natural looking molten finish to the surface. This technique was widely used by famous silversmiths such as Faberge. Each napkin ring is oval in shape and measures 1.25”(3cm) tall, by 2.25”(5.5cm) wide, by 1.5”(4cm) deep, and the pair together weigh 2.5 troy ounces (79g).
