Hallmarked In 1939

Hallmarked in Birmingham, 1930, 1937, 1939, and 1941 by J. Gloster Ltd, this wonderful Sterling Silver tea spoon set comprises of a pair of sugar tongs, tea-strainer, jam spoon, butter knife and six tea-spoons, all presented in the original box, and all in the Old English pattern. The box measures 9.75 inches (25cm) in width, by 9.75 inches (25cm) in depth, each teaspoon measures 4.5 inches (11.5cm) in length, the tea strainer measures 4 inches (10cm) from handle to handle, the jam spoon measures 5.75 inches (14.5cm) in length, and the butter knife measures 6.25 inches (16cm) in length..

Hallmarked in Birmingham, 1900 by Joseph Gloster Ltd, this attractive, late Victorian, Antique, Sterling Silver Card Case, features engraved decoration throughout, and a vacant cartouche. The card case measures 3.75 inches (9.5cm) tall, by 2.5 inches (6.5cm) wide, and weighs 2.7 troy ounces.

The goblet measures 8.25 inches (21cm) tall, by 4 inches (10.5cm) in diameter, and weighs 8.7 troy ounces (271g).

The teapot measures 4.25 inches (14.5cm) tall, by 11inches (28cm) from handle to spout, the sugar bowl measures 4.25 inches (11cm) tall, by 7.5 inches (19cm) from handle to handle, the cream jug measures 3.5 inches (8.5cm) tall, by 5.75 inches (14.5cm) from handle to lip, and the set together weighs 29.3 troy ounces (911g).
