Hallmarked in London in 1792 by John Scofield, this very handsome, George III, Antique Sterling Silver Tea Caddy, is oval in shape, plain in style, and features reed detailing. The tea caddy measures 5.75"(14.5cm) tall, by 5.25"(13.5cm) wide, by 3.75"(9.5cm) deep and weighs 14.2 troy ounces.

Hallmarked In 1795

Hallmarked in London in 1795 by John Scofield, this stunning pair of George III period, Antique Sterling Silver Candlesticks, are fine examples of the neoclassical form, with a thick gadroon border around the base and removable nozzle, and a sleek plain column. Each candlestick measures 10.75 inches (27.5cm) tall, by 5"(12.5cm) wide and deep, and the pair together weigh 39.3 troy ounces. The candlesticks are engraved with a crest to one side and an heraldic shield to the other side.

Hallmarked in London in 1798 by the master candlestick maker John Scofield, this important set of four Neoclassical, Antique Sterling Silver Candlesticks, show the refined elegance Scofield was famous for. Unlike most candlesticks of this period these are cast and not filled, and are of a heavy gauge, showing the highest quality craftsmanship. Each candlestick measures 12"(30.5cm) tall, by 5.25"(13.5cm) in diameter. The set together weighs 45.2 troy ounces. Each candlesticks carries the crest of Thomas Parker 5th Earl of Macclesfield
