Hallmarked In 1857

Hallmarked in Edinburgh in 1857 by J. Mckay, this attractive, Victorian, Antique Sterling Silver Salver, has a shell and scroll border, engraved decoration, and an engraved coat of arms to the centre. The salver measures 17.25"(44 cm) in diameter, and weighs 64.9 troy ounces. The coat of arms and motto are that of Alfred Tolhurst of Gravesend in Kent.
