Hallmarked in London in 1880 by Goldsmiths Alliance Ltd., this ornate antique sterling silver set of six salt cellars and six spoons features circular gilt-lined bowls with embossed foliate decoration and applied beaded borders, each raised on three paw feet. The accompanying spoons are in fiddle and thread pattern. Presented in the original fitted velvet-lined case, the salts measure 1.5" (4cm) high and 3" (8cm) in diameter, the spoons 4.25" (10.5cm) long, and the total weight of silver is 23 troy ounces.
The presentation case measures 3 in. (9 cm) high, 14.75 in. (37.5 cm) wide, 10 in. (25.5 cm) deep.

Hallmarked in London in 1891 by Joseph & Horace Savory (trading as the Goldsmiths Alliance) this rare, English, Antique Sterling Silver Ewer & Basin, features sunken and swirled fluting, and acanthus detailing to both pieces. The ewer measures 14.5"(37cm) tall, by 9.5"(24cm) from handle to lip, and the basin measures 5.5"(14cm) tall, by 14.5"(37cm) in diameter. The pair together weigh a substantial 128 troy ounces.
