Hallmarked in London in 1863 by Augustus George Piesse, this very attractive, Antique Sterling Silver Goblet, features brightcut engraved decoration throughout, a gilt interior and an engraved presentation inscription. The goblet measures 7.5"(19cm) tall, by 3.5"(9cm) in diameter, and weighs 7.7 troy ounces. The inscription reads 'Bedford Regatta - August 20th 1863 - Open Pair Oars - Won by - C. A. Schlotel - & - T. Hale'.

Hallmarked in London in 1862 by Augustus George Piesse, this very attractive, Victorian Antique Sterling Silver Goblet, features engraved bands of greek key decoration and an engraved crest and sheild. The goblet measures 7.25"(18cm) tall, by 3.5"(9cm) in diameter, and weighs 7.3 troy ounces. The crest is most likely that of the Clapp family.
