Hallmarked in Sheffield in 1828 by Waterhouse, Hatfield & Co., this attractive, George IV, Antique Sterling Silver Silver Set of Four Candlesticks, feature acanthus decoration around the bases, the top of the columns and on the removable nozzles, and each is engraved with a crest and motto. Each candlestick measures 10.25"(26cm) tall, by 5"(12.5cm) in diameter, and they are filled for stability. The motto reads “I Make Sure”, and the crest is likely that of the Kilpatrick family.
