Hallmarked in London in 1790 by Hester Bateman this rare George III antique sterling silver and cut-glass cruet set is of a classic boat or navette shape, standing on elegant neoclassical feet. The stand has a wooden base, a pierced silver gallery, and a central looped carrying handle. The set is complete with 8 silver mounted cut-glass bottles including a cayenne pepper pot. It measures 9.75"(25cm) tall by 8.5"(22cm) wide and 5.5"(14cm) deep.
