Hallmarked in London, 1787 by Hester Bateman, this handsome, George III, Antique, Sterling Silver Trophy, is plain in style, featuring reed borders and two handles. The trophy measures 5.5 inches (14cm) tall, by 7.25 inches (18.5cm) from handle to handle, and weighs 10.7 troy ounces.

Hallmarked In 1773
Hallmarked in London in 1773, this striking, Antique George III, Sterling Silver Cup and Cover, features reed detailed loop handles and applied acanthus decoration. The cup bears an original engraved coat of arms for John Frederick Sackville, 3rd Duke of Dorset, Lord Lieutenant of Kent and the British Ambassador to France during the lead up to the French Revolution. The Cup and Cover measures 19"(48cm) tall, by 12"(30cm) handle to handle, with a diameter of 8"(20cm) and weighs 81 troy ounces.
