Hallmarked In 1912

This interesting, Sterling Silver bread dish, carries import marks for London 1912, by Bernard Muller, aswell as its original German marks. The bread dish measures 35cm width x 20cm depth, and features cast and applied handles, (see inset).

Hallmarked in Sheffield in 1934 by Emile Viner, this Sterling Silver Bread Dish is very plain in style, shaped oval with slat pierced sides. The bread dish is 12 inches (30cm) wide, 7 inches (18cm) deep, 3 inches (7.5cm) high and weighs 16 troy oz (500gm).

Hallmarked in Birmingham, 1932 by Britton, Gould & Co., this sleek and stylish, George V Sterling Silver Bread Dish is plain except for a thick lipped rim. This shaped oval dish is 11"(28cm) long, 6.75"(17cm) wide, 3"(7.5cm) deep and weighs 21.4 troy ounces.
