Hallmarked in London, 1797 by Thomas Harper I, this handsome, George III, Antique, Sterling Silver Ink Stand, is plain in style, standing on four feet, and featuring reed borders, two glass ink well with silver mounts, and a central silver box. The ink stand measures 3.5 inches (9cm) tall, by 11.75 inches (30cm) wide.

Hallmarked In 1800
Hallmarked in London in 1800 by John Emes, this Antique, George III, Sterling Silver Ink Stand is shaped oval with reeded borders and feet. The inkwell is 10.5 inches (26.5cm) long, 5.75 inches (14.5cm) wide, 4 inches (10cm) high and, without the glass bottles, weighs 12 troy oz. All the silver parts are original but it is likely that the central glass is an old replacement.

Hallmarked In 1802
Hallmarked in London, 1802 by Peter, Anne & William Bateman, this smart George III Antique, Sterling Silver Ink Stand has been embellished with reed, gadroon and acanthus detailing. There is a pierced, cut glass shaker, a three hole, cut glass pen pot and an oval, lidded ink well. The stand is on feet, with two side handles and two pen troughs.The stand measures 10.5"(27cm) long by 8"(20cm) wide and stands 2"(5cm) high. The glass pots are 2.25"(5.5cm) in diameter and 2"(5cm) high and the inkwell is 3"(7.5cm) wide. The inkstand has a weight of 37 troy ounces.
