L1840: Sterling Silver Biscuit Box

Hallmarked In 1904

Hallmarked in London in 1904 by Goldsmiths & Silversmiths Co., this handsome, Edwardian, Antique Glass and Sterling Silver Biscuit Box, is opened by moving the handle back which causes the lid to automatically pivot open. The glass has a subtle ripple to the sides and a star cut base. The biscuit box measures 8.5"(22cm) tall, by 5"(12.5cm) in diameter.

Hallmarked in Sheffield in 1907 by James Dixon & Sons, this attractive, Edwardian, Antique Sterling Silver Biscuit Box, is octagonal in shape, and features a scrolling pierced border and foot, and a lift off lid. The biscuit box measures 6.5"(16.5cm) tall, by 5.5"(14.5cm) in diameter and weighs 13 troy ounces.

Hallmarked in Sheffield in 1904 by Roberts & Belk, this stylish, Edwardian, Antique Sterling Silver Biscuit Box, is cylindrical in shape, plain in style, standing on ball feet and featuring reed detailing and a pull off lid. The biscuit box measures 7.5"(19cm) tall, by 6.25"(16cm) in diameter and weighs 21.5 troy ounces.
