Hallmarked in Sheffield, 1887 by Martin Hall & Co., this exemplary Antique Victorian, Sterling Silver Egg Cruet has a very modern look. The square base has rounded corners, on which sit four goblet shaped egg cups and four egg spoons. The spoons and egg cups have all been gilded. The central handle is plain and the whole thing stands on four ball feet. This egg cruet measures 7"(17.5cm) to the top of the handle and the base is 5.5"(14cm) square. Each cup measures 2.75"(7cm) high with a diameter of 2"(5cm). The spoons are 4.75"(12cm) in length. All together, this egg cruet set weighs 18.8 troy ounces.
