Hallmarked In 1840

Hallmarked in London in 1840 by Benjamin Smith, this Antique, Victorian, Sterling Silver Salver has a beautiful scroll and chased border and sits on three scroll feet. The salver is in fine condition and has a diameter of 14.5 inches (37cm), is 1.25 inches (3cm) high and weighs 38 troy oz.

Hallmarked In 1844

Hallmarked in London, 1844 by Benjamin Smith, this striking, Victorian, Antique, Sterling Silver Salver salver, stands on three cast scroll feet, and features a shell and scroll border, and engraved decoration to the centre. The salver measures 1.75 inchs (4.5cm) tall, by 20 inches (51cm) in diameter, and weighs 100.3 troy ounces.

Hallmarked In 1838

Hallmarked in London in 1838 and 1840 by Benjamin Smith, this Rare, Victorian, Antique, Sterling Silver Meat Dish and Matching Cover is shaped oval with broad fluting. The meat dish carries a date letter for 1840, is 24.5 inches (63cm) wide, 18.5 inches (47cm) deep, 1.5 inches (4cm) high and weighs 119 troy oz (3.7kg). The dome was hallmarked in 1838 is a perfect fit on the base and together they are 12 inches (30.5cm) tall. The meat dome itself weighs 101 troy oz (3.1kg) so together they weigh 220 troy oz (6.8kg).
