Georgian Sterling Silver Vinaigrette

j6258: Hallmarked in Birmingham, 1823 by Thomas Shaw, this attractive, antique silver vinaigrette, features floral engraved decoration on the lid and base, a vacant cartouche, gilt interior, and a beautifully pierced and engraved grill. The vinaigrette contains the original sponge, and measures 1.5 inches (3.8cm) wide, by 1.1 inches (2.8cm) deep, by 0.4 inches (1cm) tall.
