d002j: Hallmarked in London, 1800 by Peter, Anne And William Bateman, this George III antique sterling silver nutmeg grater is shaped oval with reeded borders and is hinged at the top and the bottom. The steel grater is in really fine condition and each piece is clearly hallmarked. the nutmeg grater measures 1.75" (4.5cm) long, is 1.2" (3cm) deep and 1" (2.5cm) high.
