Hallmarked in Sheffield, 1804 by George Ashford & Co. This very handsome, rare, George III, antique silver candlesticks, are telescopic, and feature round bases, fluted decoration, and gadroon borders. At their smallest the candlesticks measure 9.75 inches (25cm) tall, at their tallest they measure 11.5 inches (29.5cm) tall, by 5.25 inches (13.5cm) in diameter. The candlesticks are filled for balance.£3,975
