b6314: Hallmarked in Sheffield in 1902 by Mappin & Webb, this Antique, Edwardian, Sterling Silver Biscuit Box or Muffineer is of the traditional shell shaped form and opens to display a golf gilt interior. The biscuit box is 10.5 inches (27cm) high to the top of the handle and 8.25 inches (21cm) wide. When open it measures 12.5 inches (32cm) wide and it weighs 56 troy oz. Biscuite boxes of this form are only rarely found in Sterling Silver.
